Ideal location, overall I loved the hotel.
The room was reasonably large with a kettle and a view over the town, as example, the check-in was easy. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was SAVOURY. The staff was very amiable and courteous and gave tips about the places in Chumphon.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and I was not disappointed. The hotel provided excellent event facilities, including a conference center and meeting rooms. They were well-equipped and conducive for productive discussions and presentations.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment to handle any last-minute tasks or emergencies.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's decor, especially in the common areas. The warm colors and comfortable seating made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. With the conveniently located elevator and clear signage, I had no trouble navigating around the hotel.
I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance and understanding would have made the vacation even better for us elder travelers.

Excellent Service: The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and offered assistance with my luggage, making me feel like a VIP guest. But what really impressed me was their prompt response to my request for extra towels. Within minutes, they delivered them to my room with a smile, as if granting me a wish from a magical genie.
Uncomfortable Beds.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Chumphon, I had a positive experience. The location of the hotel was great, being just a short walk away from a popular street with delicious local food, a shopping mall, and a picturesque train station. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a good value for money. I also appreciated the addition of foam toppers on the mattress, making it much more comfortable than the sister hotel I had previously stayed at. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable room, and value for money.

clean rooms - great location in town - walking distance to cafes - night market, and local taxi station. The hotel allowed us to check in early and check out late for a small fee. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby Vietnamese restaurant - Green Kitchen.
Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel in Chumphon. The decoration throughout the hotel was lovely and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were clean and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no steps to climb and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved communication from the children working there. It would have been helpful if they were more knowledgeable about local attractions and activities suitable for older guests.

The hotel's location is great, as it is situated on a street with plenty of local eateries, including a Muslim restaurant. It is also within walking distance to the night market and fairly close to the train station. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with foam toppers added to the bed for extra comfort. Breakfast is included in the price and there are Thai options available.
One downside of the hotel is that some staff members may struggle with speaking and understanding English, which could lead to communication difficulties.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and parking that the hotel offered. the hotel was located in a convenient area, walking distance from many cafes and night markets. to the great location, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as many of the staff members did not speak English well. the rooms were dated and could use some refurbishment, which made the overall experience less pleasurable.

During our new year's stay, we enjoyed the hotel's prime location, just a short walk away from a night market and local taxi station that takes you to the beach. The Vietnamese restaurant next door was a great find and the buffet steamboat with BBQ served on the nearby road was reasonably priced at 109Bath per person. , the friendly staff didn't charge us extra when we checked in during the early hours and checked out late due to the train schedule.
The language barrier was a bit hard to overcome as the staff had trouble understanding English. , the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience.
